- Get 1 /2 -3/4 cup paneer pieces

- You need leaves Finely chopped fresh coriander
Instructions to make Matar paneer:
- Boil fresh green peas with sugar & salt till tender. Strain and keep aside.
- On another gas flame,In kadhai add heat 2 tsp oil. Add chopped onion,ginger, chillies, garlic saute for few minutes.
- Add chopped tomatoes,dry chillies, cinnamon stick, dhania jeera powder,mix and saute until tomato pieces are tender.
- Cool this sauted vegetables and grind it in mixer to make smooth paste.
- In same kadhai add & heat 2 tbsp oil, add cummin seeds and bay leaves. As cummin seeds splutter,add grinded Onion Tomato paste. Mix well and saute till oil leaves from the mixture.
- Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder salt. Mix well. Add boiled peas and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add paneer cubes (you can fry and add). Mix gently. Add 3/4- 1 cup of water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve /Relish Matar-Paneer with Roti/ Paratha/ Naan.
