- At first soak the chana for 2hours, then boil it, take a pressure cooker poured 2cup of water,chana, salt one teaspoon then covered the lid, boil it for 20minutes in medium heat,after boil keep it aside,
- Next take a pan then poured one tablespoon oil then add bay leaf, cumin seeds and hing, Next poured the onion paste and Fry it until brown colour, when it comes in brown colour then add garlic paste, tomato paste, turmeric powder,
- And mix it, cook it for 5to 6minute, then add all the spices(Kashmiri chilli powder, chana mashala, Coriander powder, cumin powder, salt to taste)green chilli paste, cook it, then add the boiled chana,
- And cook it again for 8minutes, Next add some water as per you, cook it 20minutes,
- Now it is ready, you can eat with steam rice or chapati, tasty and delicious chana.
