- Continue to remove from the bone. Meat in head is most tender and very flavorful.
- Once cleaned top side, can easily remove the spine and continue to clean.
- Repeat as until all flesh removed. Drizzle fresh squeezed lemon juice and add parsley.
- Return bones to pan.

How To Buy Fresh Fish: Alright, first things first. If you're a beginner with cooking whole fish, I would recommend a white-fleshed fish, such as mahi mahi, sea bass, branzino or red snapper. Ask to have your fish prepared for roasting. Because good news — this is totally not something you need. You can use the cooked fish meat in many ways.
