- Heat oil in a cooking pan. Put saunf, green chillies and large slices onion. Saute it well until it's colour change
- Now add ginger garlic paste. Saute well until it's raw smell goes.
- Now add tomatoes and saute well until it's become soft.
- Now add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, chicken masala.Mix it well
- Add chicken pieces and mix well let it coat with all masala. Cover it cook for 5 mins.
- Now add 1cup water. Cover it and let it cook well.
- After 10-15 minute, chicken has cooked well now add grated coconut and let it cook for 2-3 mins it's help to gravy become thick
- Finally garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with, rice, chapati or dosa.
