- Heat Oil and add Whole Spices (Cinnamon stick, Bay leaf, Cloves, Cardamom, Star Anise).
- Add onion, Green chilli. Saute well.
- Add Ginger Garlic paste. Saute till the raw smell goes.
- Add tomato. Cook till mushy.
- Then add chicken pieces and add all powders(except pepper powder) and salt. - Mix well and add 11/2 cup water. Cover and cook till the chicken is done.
- Finally add pepper powder. Cook this for 2 mins. - Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve.
