- Use 1 table spoon haldi /Turmeric powder (marination)
- Use 1 table spoon salt (marination)

- Take 2 dry red chillis

- Take 1 inch ginger
- You need 2 green chillis

- Prepare 1 table spoon salt (gravy)
- Provide 1 table spoon Turmeric powder (gravy)
- Get 1/2 tea spoon Jeera powder
- Take 1/2 tea spoon garam masala
- Get 1/2 tea spoon red chilli powder
- You need 1/2 tea spoon chicken masala
Instructions to make Masala gravy chicken:
- First of all wash carefully all the pieces of chicken, then marinated with salt, Turmeric powder and curd and leave it at rest for one hour.
- Mean while chopped all onions finely, garlic, ginger and green chilli too and cut the tomato into small pieces.
- After than take a jar of mixture grinder than put tomato and half amount of onion and making a paste.
- Then take again jar of the mixture grinder put ginger garlic and make paste.
- Then take a deep pan, put oil here, when it heated put Jeera, Tejpatta, daal chinni, green chillies, Elachi, then rest amount of cutting onions, cook till five minutes, when onions changed it's original colour and becomes little pink then put here marinated chicken and mix well.
- The cook it at medium high flame, till 10 minutes then add the puree of onion tomato, ginger garlic paste and add all dry spices.
- After than another 10 minutes of cooking put water and make gravy, then at medium low flame cook it another five minutes.
- Then switch of the gas flame add ghee, totally optional than garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve it.
