  2. Provide 1 chopped tomato
  3. Take 1/2 spoon haldi

  1. Pressure cook or steam the arvi till they are almost cook. Drain all the arvi and peel of the skin.and chopp it in to small pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan crackle cumin seeds and add tomatoes and asafoetida and stir it. Now add ginger garlic chilli paste and stir it till tomatoes soften. Now add haldi powder,dhaniya powder,garam masala, red chilli powder and salt in it. Saute for 2-3 mins. Now add boiled arvi in it.
  3. Stir and mix well. Cook for 2-3 mins. Off the gas and add some coriander. Serve it with roti n curd.
