  3. Mix 1/2 butter, fish seasoning, spicy seasoning, and garlic
  4. Spread shellfish mix on a baking sheet. Pour butter and seasoning over to and mix together.
  5. Bake 15 minutes or until the the clams and mussels open.
  6. Discard and clams or mussels that fail to open.
  7. Shrimp should be pink and curled up. If not, cook until they are.

Using your fingers, pull out the beards from the mussels that are visible between the shells. Discard any clams or mussels that have not opened. Rinse and scrub the clams in a sink, prior to cooking, and wash and pierce the potatoes with a knife. Then, wrap the corn and potatoes individually in foil and load all the food items into a cheesecloth sack, placing it on top of the embers. Cover with a layer of seaweed (or place a steamer basket on top of onions).
