  6. For metal pans, bake for 25-30 minutes -check it at 25 minutes…you want the middle to be slightly springy…for glass pans, bake for 30-35 minutes -check it at 30
  7. Place pan on a rack to cool…let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before cutting and removing pieces (the cake will still need to cool more before eating so you don't burn your tongue)
