  1. Method - First wash the poha in a colander, poha should be moist but not mashed then mix it with salt and sugar keep it aside.
  2. Then heat a Kadhai add oil when oil gets hot add mustard seeds,dry red chillies, green cardamom seeds, curry leaves,green chillies and peanuts sauté it for few minutes then add onions and potatoes and chopped veggies and green peas then continue to saute for few more minutes.
  3. Then add turmeric powder saute it then add poha continue to cook till everything is cooked nicely then add few drops of lemon juice then mix it turn off the heat serve hot.
