- Dough -Take a glass bowl add yeast,sugar,1/2cup lukewarm water.take rest for 15-20min.
- Now add flour and salt in yeast mixture make a soft dough,add 1tsp oil and take rest for 1/2an hour on warm place.
- Filling:-,take a pan add oil,add onion capsicum,garlic fry it little add mushroom,corn saute it.add all masala and herbs.add sauce and balance the taste.lastly add pizza chese
- Now dough divided by 4 parts.take one part and roll it in circle,add filling in centre and fold it.prick it with fork or knife.brush with oil
- On top.bake it in preheated oven on 180 degree for 15-20min.
