  4. Cover d dough wv cling film for five minutes,while u prepare ur fillings
  5. Steam d fish with spices,onions, when done. Allow to cool,remove d bones,n using a fork mash it
  6. Add oil to pan,add onions,pepper,seasoning n spices n sit fry for 3 minutes…the moisture should b retain n not dry
  7. Dust ur board n rolling pin n roll d dough,using a knife cut it into a rectangular shape of 1cm thickness n fill each wv ur filling n gently roll it to the end. Repeat wv d remains dough
  8. Fry in a preheated oil till golden brown on a medium heat. Good for breakfast or in between meals. Enjoy
